Every effort has been made to display our photographs accurately. However:
- Colours may vary depending on your monitor, mobile device or printer settings.
- Images displayed online are for illustration purposes.
- Print sizes are approximate.
- Frames, mounts and accessories are only included where specifically stated.
3. Ordering
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase our products.
Orders are accepted only when we send an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to:

- cancel orders due to pricing errors
- refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- limit quantities purchased
4. Prices
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your business status.
Delivery charges are calculated during checkout and shown before payment is completed.
Prices may change without notice, although confirmed orders will not be affected.

Standard Prints
If your print is not personalised, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
You must notify us before returning the item.
Returned prints must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- in their original packaging where possible
Unless the item is faulty, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible please include:
- your order number
- photographs of the packaging
- photographs showing the damage
We may offer:
- a replacement
- a refund
- another suitable remedy
depending on the circumstances.

All photographs, artwork and images on this website remain the copyright of Photogold unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright.
You may not:
- reproduce images
- scan prints
- copy photographs

- modify artwork
- sell reproductions
